I've been to the arctic circle, I've walked amongst kangaroos, I've jumped from airplanes and worked with our NATO Allies, but nothin has been as exciting as helping someone realize their true potential with Health and Fitness. Helping others is a true passion of mine, and helping others find self efficacy with in themselves is the ultimate reward.
